Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds: Private session refunds are not offered for any reason. This includes all 'Smart', 'Bundle', 'Happy Home' Basic, 'Happy Home' Intensive and Service Dog packages. Once a package or series of training sessions are bought, they cannot be refunded for any reason. Fees may be applied to training sessions at a future time or transferred to a different Karma Dog Trainer but must be completed within 12 months.

In addition, fees could be applied to other Karma Dog services depending upon the availability of any particular service at the time of which the credit is wanting to be used.

In addition, all 'Immersion' programs (Traditional Board & Train, 'Reverse' Board & Train, Full Immersion) are also non refundable once a training agreement has been signed.

As an alternate option to receiving a refund, clients are free to GIFT any unused sessions to any family member or a friend for up to one full year. They can also be given away as a Birthday present, Christmas present or Wedding gift to any personal friend or family member a client chooses.

If training is terminated by the client prior to the start of the training date, the client will lose their 50% deposit.

Group Class fees are also non-refundable once a client has signed up for a series of classes. This includes any attendees who have only taken the free trial class but have signed up afterwards or at any time before their next class. Fees may be applied to future group class sessions or transferred to another person but must be completed within six months. They cannot be applied to private sessions or any other service.

Group classes are also transferable to any other location or any other level of class. In addition, our group classes are offered on a rotating basis, so if you miss a class, you are more than welcome to make it up. We will allow you to retake any 2 lesson plans for any reason.
